In this role you will have the chance to develop and report product and process robustness and reliability in all pre-development phases including quality planning.

YOUR MISSION

• Ensure: Quality strategy and usage of relevant tools (e.g. FMEA, Six Sigma / GD&T)
• Monitor: Application of the design related standards, FMEA and Product performance indicator
• Support: Test planning (esp. DoE and L&M), Risk Assessment and Preparation + Moderation of Design Reviews
• Evaluate: Product strengths/weaknesses acc. relevant data
• Generate: Robustness & Reliability Statements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor‘s degree in engineering or comparable degree program
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and technical methodology
• Very good communication and moderation skills on all levels of hierarchy
• High ability to work in an intercultural interdisciplinary team
• High willingness to learn
• High ability to reason/argue
• Being respectful towards everyone at all times
• Fluency in written and spoken english and german
• Preferably previous automotive experience
• Preferably Six Sigma green belt or higher
